Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – BillionStitches

Thank you for shopping with BillionStitches.
We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.


1. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • We offer a free exchange only (No Refunds).

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear photos/videos (unboxing proof) via WhatsApp or email.

  • The replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned item.

  • The exchange process takes 4–5 working days after product pickup.

  • Reverse pickup and re-shipping will be handled by the brand.

📌 Note: Without a proper unboxing video, damaged product claims will not be accepted.


2. Exchange / Return Due to Size, Style, or Personal Preference

If you wish to exchange or return a product due to size or preference:

  • Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or different products.

  • A nominal charge will be applicable:

    • Reverse pickup: ₹110

    • Forward shipping: ₹89

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you must self-ship the product (brand will charge only forward shipping).

  • Returns are processed only as store credit (No Refunds).

  • Store credit will be issued after the product reaches us and is approved.

  • Credit note validity: 6 months from the issue date.

  • Exchange / return process may take 10–12 working days.

📌 Important Conditions:

  • Only one-time exchange/return is allowed per order.

  • Exchange/return request must be raised within 1 day of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.


3. Non-Acceptable Returns / Exchanges

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if:

  1. The product has been used, worn, or washed

  2. The product is damaged by the customer

  3. The request is made after the allowed time period

🚫 Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.


4. Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy

  • Courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details:

    • The brand will not be responsible for delays.

    • Partial payment is non-refundable.

  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin) / RTD:

    • ₹200 will be deducted.

    • Remaining amount will be issued as store credit only.


5. Sale Items

  • No returns on SALE items.

  • Exchange may be allowed (subject to availability).


6. Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

  • Changes to product or delivery address are allowed only before dispatch.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Partial COD orders can be canceled before dispatch only (no refund).

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact us at:

  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse address (shared after approval).

  • In case of self-shipping, please share the tracking ID via email.

  • Once the product reaches us and passes quality checks, we will process the exchange or store credit.


8. Policy Updates

BillionStitches reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
